Thanks! Super idea this, well done anubis and Kev! Hope to meet all of you online, often pity about the beer, as you say anubis. I got my non-virtual ale yesterday at my local www.paddingtons.com/daxmaryrussel -- "What can I get you, Nog?" "A root beer. It's an Earth drink. Something they serve at the Academy." "A root beer. This is the end of Ferengi civilization." Quark and Nog - Facets

Ok, I'll post it here as I have had some questions from Posse members If you have not received 'Warp Core Preach' this issue mi amigo's it is because you either have a small 'inbox', or you have changed your mailbox and not notified Anubis. It is a photo heavy issue the file is fairly small but it features lots of Jolene Blalock pics from Collectormania 7. I am happy to send copies to all and sundry ;D Contact Anubis.

WARP CORE PREACH 17th May.2005. No.6. ______________________________________________________________________________________________ USS Endeavour : NCC-71805 : Ships Notice Board You may recall that a number of our group have spent time answering Tal Shiar charges after they and the Ferengi traders were found on the d'Deridex Class Battleships stolen by the Ferengi and used for the Valentines Day 'Cloaked In Love' scam. Romulans don't take kindly to their warships being used for 'cloaked' love trips around the Sol System. Well, Anita, Simon and Graham are back on the ship having been released after Graham cut a deal for the Captain Scarlet stuff he got from Gerry Anderson, seems like Romulus Network Television want to do a version of the show. Welcome back, oh, and the Ferengi are still being held, the Latinum is being donated to the Romulan War Academy for charitable causes Welcome again Time does fly, thanks for the feedback for No.5 and the two 5 updates, some of the input will be here. I have a couple of interviews to send, but as some of you still have small mailboxes these will be sent as an No.6 Update....I know, its a pain, but, look on the bright side, you are expecting mail:-) Wow, its been a busy few weeks, Collectormania 7...then straight into London Expo...enough to make your head spin, but good to have an opportunity to meet old friends and chase autographs again. We are waiting for John and Brittney to attend the 'Superstar Autograph' gig in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania, and they will be sending us pics now they have moved into the new home (thanks pwesky wabbits) and I can't wait to hear from them both to see if Brent Spiner actually remembers Brittneys face, or if he keeps focus elsewhere. This issue we are going to show you some of the photographs we have been sent from the last couple of weeks, you have all had too much Convention updating (actually, I've had too much) but if you do need to check details, and you have erased the back issues of Warp just go to Star Trek. The Experience message boards and select Convention and check out the updates I post there. The address is www.startrekexp.com_ Collectormania 7 Now I'm biased, but I love this shows format. Its FREE, they do virtual line-ups, and you can take photos....plus the Trader area is good, loads of stalls and very good items, especially Jim and Clare. Say Jim, that was smart, you did Collectormania and Clare did that Starland thing in Denver, next time you do that I'll volunteer for teaboy duty. Hope it worked out ok. Anita Thastrom our Swedish Trekker came to London and joined us at Collectormania, she also spent time in The Black Horse too and enjoyed many convivial beers and the canal view with its pretty narrow boats. Thanks to Anita for some of the Jolene Blalock gallery, including the random shots of Jolene looking on the Mall map for a McDonalds, looking at her I would have thought a burger would kill her. Lets start with Jolene. Now check out the shot below and note how our camera sleuth Anita has managed to get our very own Don Jennett into the scene, he's the guy taking a huge interest in the map, directly behind the two security dudes and Jolene. Sharp Don, very sharp. Good pic though. We have loads more shots of Jolene similar to these, mostly alfresco, so if you would like copies for your collection please contact Anubis and high quality copies are yours. Now, Nichelle Nichols, what a lovely lady, spent good time with the Posse, such a sincere and very alert woman, she was determined to enjoy our company and ensured our meet was dazzling. Here are some shots...enjoy.This is my favourite picture of all time and Nichelle smelt beautiful, she would NOT tell me the name of the scent and was very mischievious, if you get a chance, meet her.Change the tempo slightly and we move to the adventures of Otter and his handler Jenny, well lets face it, he is a tough little guy, he mugged a few people at Collectormania, sorted out some crazy Daleks (more later) and even got himself with Graham and Sue, here is the evidence. Jolene was a bit unsure, but this was only a few minutes into her first signing outside the USA, she'd only done Grand Slam in Pasedena in March so she was probably wondering what she had let herself in for with the Brits. Nichelle was far more at ease and really enjoyed herself. We caught Jim hard at work, so Clare, here is the proof that he was not with us drinking while you slaved away in Denver. Now, the Daleks. They set about the human shoppers at Milton Keynes with gusto, they were very, very abusive and criticized all and everything and everyone. Sneering at people taking their pictures with phones 'get a camera' was a frequent comment. We caught some of these metal thugs on CA-ME-RA. After all the Dalek mayhem, it was a quick blast down the M1 to The Black Horse and time to relax with some ale and good company. Here is Anita holding some of trophies won by the Posse for golf. London Expo. Not a bad show, I had the pleasure of meeting Susie G and Big Hairy Kev from the BHK message boards, bumped into Jenny again with Otter, but the prohibition on flash rendered most photos useless, digital cameras are not as efficient with flash turned off. Expo know that, so do the stars, and so some of these pictures are not to our usual high standard. Mr Nimoy proved to be a very awkward individual and let down a number of his fans by a refusal to pose with them individually, having agreed to this for a very high fee per person. I leave it to your own imaginations as to why this happened, it was suggested that the list for this shoot was not as extensive as it should have been. Lolita Fatjo had problems too with the way the Enterprise crew had been placed, she demanded a change in the lay-out and presentation of her charges, but still the confusion caused a big line-up through the dealers area. Now I know why Jim and Clare avoid this show, and to be fair, the emphasis was on Manga/Anime, Wrestling and computer games, so its an all things to all people show, our heroes are just part of the backdrop. Kevin Sorbo and John de Lancie proved popular, Leonard Nimoy seemed to lose his fans by mid-afternoon, and The Posse eventually went to the Black Horse to celebrate Brians 10th 21st birthday. Check out the alfresco shots, some are poor, but Jenny got a lovely pic of Hoshi and Otter.Dr Phlox resisted the urge to have a taste out of Otter, but you can see in his eye that a meal was on his mind. Jenny managed to get Leonard Nimoy and Otter into a photo, good for you Jenny.I took a number of our usual alfresco shots and a lot of them were useless, so I engaged Flash drive for these two and still got berated by security even though I was 20 metres from Nimoy at least, I've used the computer to bring the images in close, but its proof that digital cameras need flash 'on' to get the image. The Hoshi/Otter pic at close range without flash can't compare to these shots, distance flash on.My fun part of the trip was meeting two new friends from the internet and the world of Sci-fi message boards. Susie G and Big Hairy Kev run a superb web site covering music, art, poetry...Sci-fi..all of it, Babylon 5 to Trek and I found them by accident on the web, Google dropped me onto their site and I am glad it did. Sadly, they could not make Brians party, Jenny missed out on introducing Otter but some of the Posse, Don, Brian, Kathy and Tom did meet them so all was not lost. These are new members to our happy worldwide family and I'll post details of their message boards in the Update once Susie G and BHK give me the clearances.../cont.. in next post ;D

cont... The latest Warp Core Preach on-line. _ WARP CORE PREACH 17th May.2005. No.6. _ USS Endeavour : NCC-71805 : Ships Notice Board _ All things come to an end and on that Saturday we left and headed back to The Black Horse for Brians birthday party, 21 again eh mate. Loads of 60's reggae,Motown and soul tunes, and good ale. Here is Brian with Alison and Garry necking an ESB in the background. Ray was in good form too and came along for the atmosphere, which judging by Jenn in the background was very 1960's not just in music but in fashion too. Finally, Jo has left the Black Horse to work on the canal narrow boats for Willow Tree Cruises, we will still see her but she insisted upon taking loads of pics with her camera of yours truly, so I said I'd like one of her on the Posse camera so we could introduce the nicest bar jockey in London to the great family of Warp Core Preach, in the background behind us, its Don and Paul, so a good shot despite the fact that Ray missed Jo smiling, so she will hate this pic...what can I do.I will update this in a few days time with BHK details, the interviews and other bits. If you would like to visit Anita Thastroms Swedish West Coast Trekkers: www.trekkers.se/eindex.shtml Anitas friends at Swedish Babylon 5: www.babcon.org Convention updates are at www.startrekexp.com go to message boards, then convention. Otter has loads of new pics for you to download including his meeting with all the stars here and his close encounter with Jonathan Frakes who impressed us all by assisting a fan in distress, and the pic of our Jonathan is very good. www.rowlatt.org/OtterHome.htm To conclude, I have just found this photo of Len and Fran on the canal last Sunday teasing my dog Bella with morsels of food, she was busy watching the Coot with her chicks, but responded to Lens temptations. thanks anubis Mmm it's fun putting in pics, once you got the hang of it. Vulcan twist - sounds interesting and like a great idea... I think you should propose a whole new drink menu to Black Horse! I like Bolean Sunset ;D (Well there are quite a few of the drinks at Quark's that I like.... i.e. all of them. ::)Did you know you can download Quark's menu, including all the drink recipes!! A 900kb pdf file at: www.startrekexp.com/pdf/quarks_menu.pdf The menu seems new - I notice they have Smorgasborg - sounds Swedish ;D ;D) daxmaryrussel p.s. by the way Vulcans don't drink alcohol - do they? --- "Perhaps we can discuss these new rules over a drink?" (grabbing his collar) "If you don't take that hand off my hip, you'll never be able to raise a glass with it again." Quark and Kira - The Emissary

dax...I always thought Vulcans avoided alcohol....but they serve an alcoholic beverage at Quarks called a 'Vulcan Mind Meld' ;D Does Las Vegas make Vulcans boozy buggers like our Posse? The Smorgasborg is probably a Klingon dish, you know how they love food to move on the plate ;D

Anubis webmaster here publishing latest warp core preach. WARP CORE PREACH 10th June,2005.No.7. ____________________________________________________ USS Endeavour - NCC-71805 - Ships Notice Board. Good news about a crew member who is proving that rehab under the Tal Shiar clearly works. After her release from the custody of Tal Shiar, Anita Thastrom has proved herself to be a fine crew member and a great supporter of the Warp Core Preach Forum project. She has played a major role in its construction and appearance and has made frequent trips to London to liase with Warp Core Preach group, and to implement ideas and concepts. With this in the forefront of our minds it is with great pleasure that we confirm Anita Thastrom as Ensign on Warp Core Preach Forum, both Big Hairy Kev (yes, he is a hairy human, no complaints from Wookie crew members, too sensitive to perceived slights)SusieG and myself wish her well on this promotion, and anticipate a further promotion in the near future. Further commendation should go to Jenny, who has established Otters Fan Club thread at the Forum and I foresee this element of Warp Core Preach gaining in popularity once Otter gets back from eastern Europe. Crew members are invited to feel free to participate in the forum, I know for many of you it is hard to commit thoughts to a letter or an entry on a site, but this is different, you are able to communicate with all your friends here. No pressure, I know many are content to enter the forum and read, this is also good and you should make it a habit. But if something does grab you, or you would like to start your own thread....go ahead. The internal message service on the forum is also handy if you just wish to contact a member who is online with you, the names are shown, you can instant message and they will help you. Daxmaryrussel is normally on during 17.00Hrs GMT to 22.00hrs and I am often on site from 19.00hrs GMT through to 05.00 Hrs GMT. Finally, will younger members of the ships crew please turn off your programme in Holosuite 7 after you have finished, some of you think it funny to leave, jam the doors open and entertain us to the sound system. I like music, we all do, but I draw a line at ElectroTrance Wagner.....tooo heavee. __________________________________________________________________________ Welcome to Number 7 'I am not a number I am a free.......' Ooops sorry....its the pills y'know. Right...welcome, we are just going to update a few things convention wise, and reproduce some photos from the archive, and if you would like HQ copies just make a note of the picture...and contact me: anubis@tutankh.fsnet.co.uk and I will forward your selection. Blakes 7 fans scroll down to the news from London Film & Comic in two weeks time, Brittney and John have returned from Valley Forge....great convention they said....great guests, they mixed with everybody and had Ray Park, Darth Maul for company. Britt and John took loads of pics which they are forwarding to us by mail on a CD...they will also give us a background story to the overall event. They do say it was well organised which resulted in a good atmosphere...excellent.
Brittney and John did send these shots for inclusion, with Dwight and piccie with Alan Ruck. They are clearly pleased and happy, nice to see you both looking so good....say 'hi' to our new readers. I got a text from Brittney at Tampa Airport as they were flying home to Fort Lauderdale and she was still very excited and on positive vibes. Might be a convention to go to next year? Lets wait for the feedback. ________________________________________________________________________ London Film & Comic Con. Two weeks time.25th June 2005.Earls Court 2 London England
Blakes 7 fans, please make a note, but the cast and crew of Blakes 7 are having a reunion at this event, its a great idea, the recent reunions took place in Somerset and elsewhere and were well attended, but really, London is the place to meet friends...and so too with Blakes 7. Get to meet your heroes. static.flickr.com/35/71766787_9d0880f5ba.jpg
[/img] For the rest of you here is the final guest list for the London Film, Garrett Wang is attending. Lots of stars......fans of 24 will have noticed two familiar faces, Ron Perlman is handy for Star Trek fans as he played The Viceroy in Nemesis. Daisy Dukes too, and next to Val Kilmer's pic is Jeff Wayne the composer of 'War of the Worlds'. Also Glen A Larson is attending, he was behind Buck Rogers and Battlestar Galactica. Collectormania 8
Held at Milton Keynes England on Friday 30th September to Sunday 2nd October this is shaping up to be a very interesting show, especially if you are a Glen A Larson fan, he is at London Film, but one of his most popular 70's shows is well represented here. Erin Gray by the way, is a real friendly lady.
Batman fans rejoice, Adam West is back, he was very very popular at the last event he attended in Wembley so he is going to cause a real stir at an 'open' event. If you want his sig, get your virtual line up ticket early. Julie Newmar, the original series Catwoman also attending, rare sig, get it here. Warp Core Preach Forum If you are having trouble getting to the forum, or its a bit of a hassle writing in the address..try this trick for those of us who are not totally computer literate. Go to Google, the search engine, and enter 'warp core preach' and press search. You will be offered lots of addresses to go to, but the first three or four mention 'Big Hairy Kev-Warp Core Preach' with some part entries written. Click on one of these, you'll betaken to Warp Core Preach, and once you are satisfied that you are on the forum, select Favourites and you can return easily every time from your Favourites Menu on your computer. I mention this because a number of little items are popping up on the forum, you should go and see what is happening. For example, its becoming well known that I and Kev share an affection for Chase Masterson's music and humour, Anita found a great pic of Chase enjoying herself at Blackpool which reminded me of the great conversations I had with Chase then too, and the great autographs I got.
This image of Leeta and Rom is very rare and Chase produced it after she had already signed 5 pics for me. I remember hearing here rehearse her set for the show in Blackpool, great singer. I nagged her to make an album, every time I saw her, (sorry Lolita)...well she did one day..I got a copy from her which she signed, I sent a copy to Stompy who runs The Official Chase Masterson Fan Club...and he reproduced the cover on the site. Hi Stompy.
If you like the 'standards' you'll love this...Executive Producer is Lolita Fatjo. Blackpool reminds me of my first meeting with Teryl Rothery...everyone was in the hall watching Kate Mulgrew so I had an extended conversation with her about Stargate, her career, really nice person.
The first image is a Limited run and I was delighted when offered the image by Teryl for a nominal price, like I say, she is a real pleasure to meet.
If you go on the Warp Core Preach forum this is the style of communication that is going on...and you will really enjoy posting to your friends. But...don't worry...Warp Core Preach will carry on its various printed formats...it will be just as it has always been since Autumn 2002....but the Forum is an extra dimension. Warp Core Preach is not a two tier group...its one. By the way, if any of you have back issues of Warp Core Preach on your computers could you forward a copy to me at anubis@tutankh.fsnet.co.uk Kev would like to archive them on the Forum as a reference work and for record. Thanks to you all if you can help. Why don't I have them??? Because I have had two hard drive failures in the last three years and my burner would never copy them, in fact it was a burner problem that caused the series of events that caused me to lose the last lot :-) Babylon 5 Finally, going through my photo files, I came across loads of autogrphs from my favourite Babylon 5 characters...and it is common knowledge that my real fave is Bester. I always seek Walter Koenig out at shows and cons, he was surpised to see me in Vegas, we have great chats, I always buy only his Bester pics, and he is a great guy. There is a campaign to get him a star on the Walk in Hollywood, if you want details I'll forward them to you. Mmmm, and I'll post it at the Forum too. All news and views for Warp Core Preach should be sent to me at anubis@tutankh.fsnet.co.uk . For further convention details go to www.startrekexp.com and check our entries at Conventions. Otter Fan Club go to Warp Core Preach Forum and see our hero mugging with the stars. If you would like details of The Official Chase Masterson Fan Club contact me, or check Stompy at BHK Forum or Google. Live Long and Prosper

Latest Warp Core Preach is published here Editor: Anubis /webmaster: daxmaryrusselWARP CORE PREACH 11th September 2005. No.8 _______________________________________
USS Endeavour _ NCC-71805 _ Ships Notice Board A thought on this day to the City of New York and its fine citizens and the death and destruction from a clear blue sky that made us all New Yorkers in 2001. I hope the human race will evolve into a higher being sooner rather than later. Crew who have yet to visit Warp Core Preach Forum here is the address again. bighairykev.proboards30.com/index.cgi You can also go to Google and enter 'warp core preach' and select the first Big Hairy Kev listing you see which will bring you to the message boards, you will find Warp Core Preach there. ____________________________________________________________ Welcome to Number 8You are surprised to see this in your mailbox, yep, I'm surprised to be writing it. I felt the Forum would be the eventual 'home' for us all, but a lot of you folks are not appearing on the Forum, and some of you would still like the newsletter. So here it is. Not a lot of news, I did not have a lot of time to prepare it, but a couple of items do spring to mind and you will find them here. Many of you will recall our trip to Blackpool for the Voyager. The Return Convention which was superb not only for the guests, but for the weather. Blackpool was soooo tropical that weekend, even the locals remarked on it.....frequently. I filmed a lot of that Convention before I was eventually asked to stop by Wolf Events, they got very worried that I would capture the Janeway meets Picard moment and they insisted I stop filming. they had been relaxed about my actions up until that afternoon. I have copied all the film stock to VHS video, no edits its just raw footage as I took it, but it does have Janeway, Paris and bits of other guests like Alice Krige and shots of Chase Masterson, Teryl Rothery and the dealer rooms and fan costumes. I am preparing a copy for Anita Thastrom as I had offered her a copy back in 2001......better late then never. The video runs to about 80 minutes. If you would like a copy, let me know, its really only for devout Star Trek Voyager fans, but gives a good flavour of what was the best Trek Convention ever held in Europe.________________________________________________________________________________________ Black Horse Gets The Wedding BellsOne of the most popular bar staff at The Black Horse, Mario, some call him Marius, has gone to Poland to marry the girl of his dreams. You know how the Black Horse folks are, he was not going to get off that easily, so a surprise party was planned by Sam and her staff aided and abetted by the customers. Mario was caught by surprise, all his friends from London's Polish community turned up, and it was a great late August night for us all.The happy couple look relaxed now, but Mario was stunned when he came down to the lower bar on an 'errand' from Sam....and found his whole world in front of him.....fab.Sam is delighted with the resultMario and his best man with the best lady....our very own Sam, The Black Horse. She is the best landlord in the world, and keeps her cellar stocked with London Porter, the only Fullers House that has it all year round. The following pictures testify to its potency. The effect on Laura is obvious.....we had to give her some straight London gin to sober up. Watch out for this bottle, and treat carefully......very carefully. Its actually a fab brew, Big Hairy Kev loves it, thats the only reason he comes to the Black Horse.Paul and Garry enjoying the night. Note that Paul has adopted his 'Yoda' pose....nice. Finally, a study of our very own Black Horse livewire, Sarita, as she goes from posh to boogie babe.A great night had by all and evidence of the lasting and warm friendships formed in The Black Horse. _______________________________________________________Black Horse West Indian and Carib Night While we are here, a reminder that the Black Horse WILL BE holding the Carib Night this Saturday, 17th September, Brian has double confirmed it. The party will feature a Steel Band from Trinidad, loads of food......jerked chicken, goat, ackee, peas and rice all sorts of West Indian delights, and loads of nice people.....with additional music from the world of reggae, cayso and dancehall. Loads of Posse members will be attending, Stuart, Christine and Dom are coming down from Bridlington, Big Hairy Kev and friends will be travelling down from Tyne & Wear. Anita is flying in from Gothenburg and other folks will be coming in from other parts of Britain. If you want to enjoy yourself in a fun atmosphere you must try and get to this gig. I will be turning up at 3pm, but you may wish to come later. A good time is sure to be had by everyone. The Black Horse serves real ales and lager, wines, spirits and soft drinks. Typical brews are London Pride, London Porter, ESB, Endeavour, Grolsch, Stella Artois, Carlsberg, Heineken, Carling Black Label, bottled beers include Becks. Sam will be on hand, so you'll get a chance to chat to her, loads of folks will be present including Len and Fran too....so we will all have a chance to meet. ____________________________________________________________ Christian's Birthday Surprise.Back in 2001, September the 11th to be exact, Christian and Kirsty, the Landlord and Landlady of the Black Horse moved out of the pub to start a new life in a different industry. I moved them that day so I was very sad, imagine how sad I was when I got back to the Black Horse to have a beer and meet the new landlord, only to see Newsflash reports on TV that a plane had hit the WTC. Kirsty and Christian became our friends, lovely people, shame they left for new pastures. They made the pub into a major success and they were loved by all of the pub customers. We keep in touch, they are like family......and on Sunday Sept 3rd 2005 it was Christian's 30th birthday, so his family and friends threw a surprise party for him at the Novotel in Coventry. Its his hotel so he really was surprised, not just by the number of friends who appeared, but the food was prepared without his knowledge. It was put together by Novotel staff in Birmingham and sneaked into the conference room without Christian having an inkling. We had a great time, Christian looked suitably shocked, and posse members Don Jennett and Stuart Allenby had a great time too.Christian enters the room and is stunned, one could say shocked.Don Jennett and Stuart enjoying Christians reaction. Stuart and Don will be at the West Indian gig.Kirsty, Christians wife and a great friend to us all with Stuart. She is clearly pleased it all went well.Don and Graham making sure its all on video.Stuart and Dom in good spirits, it was a long day for both of them, time to enjoy the night. Its not often I get in the picture, I'm normally behind the camera. Stuart and Dom managed to part me from the camera and shot this piece of evidence that proves I was partying too, despite the lack of a full glass beside me in picture. It was at the bar. Stuart, Christine and Dom will be at the Black Horse on the 17th probably with a group of friends. ___________________________________________________________ Closing BellI promised to print a couple of models from my 'Candy Toys' collection, I have not got around to placing them on the Forum, so, as its for our readers I'll copy them here. It will give you an idea of the detail of these superb little models that are supplied with chocolate in Japan.static.flickr.com/31/42653719_83d828ef36.jpg[/img] Great ships with fab detail, you can find them at most conventions. These two are my fave Starfleet vessels. Enterprise 1701-A and Voyager. I also have a soft spot for an old early 1960's vessel.I know this pic will please a lot of you. Don't forget you can go to Warp Core Preach Forum 24 hours a day to chat, ask questions and meet new people and other Posse members. Go to Google, enter 'warp core preach' and go to the listings for Big Hairy Kevs Message Boards. If you have news, or you would like to get in touch contact me at: anubis@tutankh.fsnet.co.uk. You may also text at me at UK Phone Number 07762 157456. Live Long and Prosper friends, I hope to meet as many of you as I can at the Black Horse this Saturday 17th September. You will find me very close to the jerk chicken and peas and rice, Brian's mother makes the best, she brought the recipe from Jamaica and is a family tradition, so I know a good thing when I eat it......haha.

Dax You really are a dax, glad that you are, thank you. May I on behalf of all the members, readers, associates and fellow travellers thank you for reproducing Warp Core Preach, the newsletter, here on the Forum I appreciate the results too, you allow us to share our family beyond the newsletter, that is priceless to me. I will have to edit myself more in future in case I inadvertently compromise myself ;D Seriously dax, I wish more humans would follow your example, you are my strong right arm and the soul of our Star Trek posse. Keep up the good work. I love the colour scheme of the text and the pictures have translated well, good on you dax. Peace and Long Life.

Star Trek. The Experience seem to be changing their site more and more. The Message Boards are badly disabled, it looks like our little place in space will be getting a lot of visits from our ST.EXP friends, ...good thing we met BHK when we did....it is now the only forum they have got, and membership here at Warp Core Preach is in common with Vegas....thank goodness The Las Vegas site appears to be marketing and sales based now, the message boards are secondary to the new 'guided tour of Quarks' 'and print out the menu' features. The online auction appears to be a feature, so we are certain to get some old friends appearing here. If you are in contact with ST.EXP friends directly, get the word out that we have the home here......no need for them to lose out on contacts and friends. Its going to make the future planning for the Las Vegas Away Mission awkward......but we are resourceful......we will prevail A new Warp Core Preach is in prep, piccies from C8 and the Away Mission to Black Horse will be in the new offering ;D Are any of you folks going to The SFBall in Feb 2006? If so, a report on Mr Shatner would be appreciated ;D ;D

That nice little message from the programmer ;D I also spent the morning checking out Startrekexp.com... Well, well - we did try. Wish we could go there in person instead! AND lucky we have this forum! daxmaryrussel --- "My experience with humans is limited, but I have come to learn that they are quite resourceful." T'Pol - Terra Nova

As Dax knows SusieG, I mentioned this very situation to her in a previous discussion at the Black Horse, it was always my fear that Paramount Parks would wind down the Board, especially when the Webmaster and Designer upped and left back in February Since my entry on this subject, I have been sending out emails to all the ST.EXP friends reminding them of this facility in electroSpace and urging them to come on in and party, or build, or post, or whatever.....but come here I found one service on the new board that works......I signed up for the newsletter Yeah, crazy eh! and the board gave me that error message you reproduced SusieG. Later, I got an email asking me to confirm my request, I did, and it signed me up so some parts of the site is functioning. Glad I'm not the only one experiencing (no pun intended) problems with The Experience. I'm observing the site on a regular basis to see if the Boards are restored, but if they are not, well, it could be good news for this Forum......loads of new mates to chat to and share ideas with On a different note SusieG.....still checking my vid library for selling and I've found four episodes of The Protectors, oh, and another Space 1999 feature film made by RAI using Space 1999 episodes....this one is very good actually, 'Alien Nation'. If you'd like VHS copies SusieG just let me know Dax, send me your postal address, I have a 'Serenity' promotion folder of the film for you. Its in colour, fold-out, thought it would be a nice souvenir for you. LLAP

Dax I have not sent the folder yet....sorry Had a hell of a lot of problems, thanks to to Brown and Blair, so most of my time has been spent in laying off staff, not an easy matter in this day and age. Suffice to say that I have had to severely curtail ALL my operations to save resources and this is why you have not seen me here. I am always available to Warp Core Preach folks via our usual links and networks and my door is always open, but having let 32 members of staff leave my employ I am not a happy bunny. Meantime, I am seeking employment for myself in various areas so I do not have the time to get online and discourse with you all mi amigoes., service provider ripping me off. . If you get SPAM email with my address.....please DO NOT OPEN.......I am experiencing loads of replies from emails I have NOT sent..whole mail box cluttered up since mid November 2005. I am still here...........I am not that easy to forget........just sorting out my probs.............but.....I find the idea of re-locating to Henderson, Nevada more attractive every day I wake up. Ladytass......at least you and your family will get a crash pad round the corner from the Hilton ......well North Platte is not too far from from Vegas, and I know How you Western folks love the highway. ;D Live Long and Prosper,

Not to worry, Anubis! Thanks for thinking about me. I understood you had stuff going on, sorry to hear about your staff and company - understand it cannot be easy. Actually I'm in London at the moment for my course and can agree that Nevada is probably much warmer than both London and Gothenburg.
talk soon daxmaryrussel
