For the past couple of days I've been recording some new material which is particularly Avant-Garde. There should be a download space available soon for one track called "Extentions Of Nowhere" and I'm very much looking forward to hearing comments about it - due to it's distinct oddness. It's from the planned album "KeyBored" which will have no keyboards on it at all - very odd since they are my main instruments

Only 2 people have heard "Extentions Of Nowhere" so far (including me - lol) and Susieg found it a suprise that the track was recorded purely on Guitar (I'm not really known as a Guitarist). The seperate recorded parts have been put through some pretty severe effects processing at times - which gives it an un-nerving un-earthly quality. Anybody know of any Horror Movies in need of a Soundtrack?

As a keyboard player I was a little suprised you had not used any in this piece. And yes it was suprising to hear! I am happier with the piece since you tweeked it a little as the main part was (to me) very grating on the nervous system I suppose at times you may see me as your greatest critic but I do like an awful lot of your work and those I do not like I have a habit of telling you about Yes it would be a perfect horror/suspense soundtrack Susieg

I'll annouce of here when it's ready for download. "KeyBored" will be my first studio album with NO KEYBOARDS at all - and some of the instruments will be VERY suprising. It's amazing what you can do with a plastic dish - some effects units - and an imagination

More tracks are evolving "Extentions Of Nowhere" is just about done ;D "Departments In Apartments" has made a promising start too There is another track whos title is a sore point at the moment - it has one - but I'm not sure about it - "Sophistical Refutations" Anyway - it won't be long before you can hear a selection of music from "BigHairyKev - KeyBored"

I was thinking today that "KeyBored" would be good as a mini-album - with about six tracks on it.
Anything else added to it would just be "time fillers" and I didn't really want to fob anybody off with stuff like that.
So I thought a mini-album would be the best way to compile it - sound ok?
