Star Fleet Database – Star Fleet Files on the crew of USS Valdemar.
I thought it would be useful to put in a thread about the crew. Just something you can look up on from the ships computer to find out something about each crew member. Please move or delete if it’s not necessary.

Name: Richard Sharpe
Rank: Ensign
Race: Human / Andorian
Height: 172.72cm
Eyes: 2 (Blue).
Other: Antennas x2
Religion: None, Follows own personal code of honour involving both Human and Andorian culture.
Family: Grandmother served in the Andorian Imperial Guard, was involved in an exchange program with Starfleet, eventally joined Starfleet where she met and married my Grandfather (Starfleet Captain) they are currently stationed on Andoria as Starfleet Ambassadors to the Andoria. Parents were both members of Starfleet, Father was an engineer, my mother in Security, both were stationed the USS Liberator (NCC-67016) and died during the battle of Wolf 359. Their 4 children were dropped off at a starbase before the battle, 3 brothers and 1 sister. Jack, Thoris and Talas.
Bio: Richard is the twin of Thoris, they are the youngest of the family. Each member of the family have Andorian traits. I have a higher metabolic rate than normal Humans and as a result I have a resistance to a wide range of environmental conditions, including a climate where the temperature is near the boiling point of water. When exposed to extreme conditions (or stress) my skin does take on a blue hue the stronger the stress the bluer I go. My Grandmother bloodline is also mixed, containing both the Andorian and Aenar genes, this has resulted in the family having some telepathic and telemetric abilities and antennas, we can communicate telepathically when close together among other things. My right arm was severed in a shuttle accident (during a training display routine at the academy). My father and later my brother Jack built and have upgraded a prosthetic arm, not only can my nerves control it but my very limited telepathic abilities can also work it. As part of the upgrades there is a built in custom tricorder, phaser and communications device. Although with all the servers, servo, and extra equipment, it does need regular re-charging (small powercells used to keep the weight down.) Serving in Starfleet is very important to me, as is flying. I’ve not had much time in my life for much else. I was a member of the Academy band playing Clarinet and Saxophone. I was also a member of the exchange programme spending time at both the Andorian Imperial College and the Strategy Centre on Zakdorn.
History: Flying is my first love, I love to fly and can pilot anything with or without engines. While at Starfleet academy I carried on the family tradition of winning the academy marathon, (luckily it was a very hot day). I was also apart of the shuttle display team (both before and after the accident). I scored the highest marks in my class for flying/pilot skills, but didn’t do to well in some other classes, I was also quite distracted after the death of my parents at Wolf 359. After a talking to from my grandmother and a taking a semester at the Imperial academy I graduated in the middle of my class. I took a post at Research and Development testing new craft, while there I was offered the post of Jr. Lieutenant but I turned it down to take a post flying a starship, the first post was I saw was for the Helm officer for the night shift on the USS Valdemar. I jumped at the chance. Other: With everything I’ve been through in my short life, (loss of parents, loosing a limb) its lead to some medical problems, I do tend to loose concentration from time to time or get totally involved in one thing to the detriment of everything else. I was also attacked and left for dead by a group of Orion’s over a female, which has let out a deep down hatred or not just the Orion’s but also the Vulcan’s.
Goals: Short term – to pilot a Star Ship Medium Term – Progress up the ranks and become an invaluable part of the crew. Long Term – Captain my own ship and explore uncharted parts of the Galaxy.

Data from Star Fleet Intelligence.
Name: D’mora Tal’Aura
Rank: Civilian: Doctor (Scientist – Specialist in cloaking technology and defector shields) Military: Has been known to use the ‘Centurion’ rank specialists suggest it’s something higher but is unconfirmed. Tal Shiar: No know information on weather a member of Tal Shiar suspect Yes.
Race: Romulan
Height: 185cm
Eyes: Dark Brown
Other: pointed ears.
Religion: None, follows science.
Family: Not much data on subjects current family, it is believed he’s married with children. More is known about previous generations. From the “D” prefix at the start of the name which means grand or great subjects family is an ancient one, possible one of the ‘great houses’ going back to the time of the Empress. Star Fleet intelligence suspect there are also links to the current Senate or high ranking military personal.
Bio: Very intelligent even for a Romulan. Due to their shared ancestry, Vulcan’s and Romulans possessed very similar physiology. Romulans had pointed ears, eyebrows that were arched and upswept, and copper-based blood that appeared green when oxygenated in the arteries, or copper or rust-coloured when deoxygenated in the veins. Most Romulans had two brow ridges above the bridge of their nose, forming a V-shape on the forehead. Romulans lacked the rigorous mental disciplines developed by the followers of Surak. They were a passionate people, easily moved to extreme emotions. However, like their biological cousins, Romulans possessed physical strength and endurance roughly three times that of an average Human. No suggestion of telepathic powers. No information on age, it is known that Romulans do live past 200 year.
History: The subjects name has cropped up several times in Star Fleet intelligence reports. Several times in military records, states subject attended the Imperial War College, unknown if this was to enter the Romulan Guard or Tal Shair. Also served in the Dominion War. Many entries from the Romulan Ministry of Science about a young well connected Scientist developing several new advances in Romulan cloaking and deflector shield technology. It’s believed the subjects prototype work was seen on the Warbird Scimitar which was destroyed by the Enterprise E. After that the new Romulan Senate re-located many of their scientists to the Chaltok sector. It’s assumed the subject has carried on his work improving Romulan Cloaking technology and shields.
Other: Served in the Dominion War, was part of the Romulan task force that attacked 15 bases along the Cardassian-Romulan border, opening up a new front in the war. Also served in the First Battle of Chin’toka. Was injured and sent to the the Bajoran moon Derna. After the Second Battle of Chin’toka it’s believed the subject was part of the Ministry of Science delegation to work along side Starfleet Engineering to find a countermeasure to the Breen energy dampening weapon.
Goals: Find a way to protect Romulan space from threat of Invasion.
