I went at it backwards and saw Serenity first. The resident Firefly fan kept pausing the DVD to explain things to me. The movie seemed like an extremely long TV epidsode, but it's reasonably good sci-fi. I like the actors. The actors I think are one of the best things in the show, they are all good and believable. So are you a firefly fan now as well? The more of us there are and, the more we convert to being fans might one-day mean, Serenity will fly again.

I guess you could count me as a firefly fan. I have to watch a few more episodes so I can keep track of who's who and what's going on. I would definitely like to see another movie/show to keep the story line going. (One of my favorite characters was killed off in the movie tho -- bummer.)

I was a upset when the second person was killed off in the movie, they were one of my favourties as well. I guess they had to get the main cast down to 7, most things seem to be about 7.

Firefly was the best sci-fi show ever made. The man who axed it should have his eyes gouged out with blunt spoons.
It had everything from action to humour. I insist they bring it back.
