I got a text this Sunday evening, the 9th April, from our good friend and Posse Founder Simon Evans who is not seen on the board due to his demanding work helping defend our country. In fact, he has spent some time recently in Denmark with their air force and he was in need of a well earned break. So, he had a long weekend in Stratford Upon Avon England and, this evening at about 8pm he bumped into Patrick Stewart in a pub in the town of William Shakespeares birth. Not a surprise really as Patrick Stewart is a devotee of the Bards work and Stratford is a fitting town to find him at ease and relaxing, naturally in a traditional English pub. Simon and Patrick had a polite and friendly conversation, Simon found him warm, charming, and very agreeable despite the fact that Patrick was enjoying a private evening with friends. Naturally, our Simon knows how to present himself in public and is at ease with people generally which paid off handsomely on this occasion. I'm looking forward to Simon's recounting of this meeting when next we meet. So Posse, keep your eyes peeled, that person who resembles someone famous is probably that famous person even in a traditional environment. Be prepared to clear your throat and step forward and engage the celebrity in a brief but rewarding conversation, like Simon. ;D
