Walter Koenig is the only member of TOS to not have a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Friends and people of goodwill are campaigning to get a star for Walter. So, if you like Chekov or Bester, and you may be able to donate or assist go to: waltersstar.com for information and news.

The current issue of Star Trek Magazine has a well detailed and interesting article about the new production from Cow Creek Films. Star Trek-In Harm's Way-New Voyages is an internet film in Dolby Surround Pro-Logic and can be found at: www.NewVoyages.com and features Malachi Throne and ST.TOS Marlena. Barbara Luna (Marlena) and Anubis in London at Creation, Luna is playing the part of Veronica in this new Star Trek production. Its not a Paramount Production but it is authorised by them and is supported by Eugene Roddenberry.

Hi Lutz I'll post the reply here at Warp Core Preach. The Message Board has a special section dealing with Gerry Anderson and related topics, and you are free to view and participate in all the sites, as you can see, Warp Core is here on the Board and I could have posted this answer in the Anderson section. Seeing as you came via Google, here is your answer, and I hope you get involved Lutz, we always welcome new members, especially from Germany. The 'Fireball XL5' model which caught your eye in the photos is actually made in Japan, and is a 'candy toy', that is to say, a model, sold with a piece of chocolate and for retail ONLY in Japan. I think Fireball XL5 came from Konami, in a box set with the Space Station from UFO......Yep....just checked the database...its Konami. Konami also produce candy toys of Supercar, Joe 90, UFO, Captain Scarlet and a host of other toys. If you do get to England and Collectormania in Milton Keynes you will find many of these for sale. Lets rendevous and I'll introduce you to the traders who have these items and let them explain the whole range of candy toys they can obtain for you. I agree, the detail is superb, its hard to believe that my model is only 4.5 inches long, the camera gives the impression of a much larger space vehicle, due entirely to the craft of the Japanese modellers, they love all the famous sci-fi ships Lutz. Check out the Furutu range of Trek starships, I have a huge collection now and it fits on the top of my hi fi sound system, you'll see them at Collectormania. So Lutz, now I brought you here to get your answer, enjoy the Board and all the clubs and tell others. Alles klar Lutz meine Freunde, Slainte! ;D
