Terminator Will Be Back Without Schwarzenegger
The next installment of the Terminator series will hit cinema screens in 2005 - but reportedly without Arnold Schwarzenegger. Schwarzenegger recently ditched acting for politics by becoming governor of California and, according to sources, his part in Terminator 4 will be reduced to a cameo role, while a new robot takes the limelight. A draft of the screenplay has just been completed by Terminator 3: Rise Of The Machines writers John Brancato and Michael Ferris. Sources say it is about what happens when the world's computer systems are infected by viruses.

BHK,
This part of the saga is what has always thrilled & excited me, so I hope that whomever is cast as Antagonist/henchdroid is up to the job, & does not get buried in the morass of “He’s not as good as ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER, is he?”

Sorry but even if Arnold is in the proposed new Terminator film I will not be seeing it. The Terminator series finished after the second one. T3 (which I have not seen) seem to me to be a platform to boost Arnie's political ambitions.

T3 (which I have not seen) seem to me to be a platform to boost Arnie's political ambitions. If you liked/enjoyed or just tolerated the first two then you might just enjoy T3. I found it to be very like the second installment but still great for the effects. I find it strange you have judged without even viewing. Arnie does not need to use a movie as a platform for any political ambitions he may have had, after all he married into a family choc full of political has beens and wannabees. After all who says he will make any worse job of it than any one else, I seem to remember even the UK had an ex circus performer in office so I never knock another countries politicians backgrounds Dreamcatcher
