Thanks for letting us host with you. It's so much better than starting yet another forum and deperately trying to recruit new members. Hopefully some of the existing EDF will get involved with us.
I would also like to officially declare that SWG-UK is now officially a part of EDF. I've decided to add " - SWG-UK" to the end of my username and create an avatar for the group in the hope that members of the existing SWG-UK will do the same.
Once again, thanks Kev!

YAY ! - Another smooth merger with a fine Club - although I MUST point out to other Clubs & Groups that hosting your Forum on here with us does NOT mean a merger - that was purely a choice XIXOR made Working together is what Sci-Fi Clubs do best - LONG LIVE THE ALLIANCE! ;D

Oh yeah! Too true! I've merged because SWG-UK was dwindling away to a few hardcore members, and even the owner had lost heart and left. The crown now falls to me. I was told I could do whatever I wanted with the group, so I've merged with EDF. So I guess that means we now have over 1,000 members. LOL! Only joking. But it does look good to people considering joining us. And there's so much more on here for peoples various interests.

A new home for the Club? Awesome! Now how's about taking over the website? The SWG-UK site hasn't changed for ages. So does that mean Xixor is the new Webmaster on there?

2nd post! That's good for me as I don't really go for the BBS kinda thing, but this place is friendly. It was also heartwarming to see such emotion in the section about the member who died. Such a sad loss.
I've heard from Xixor that he's in talks with the owner of this BBS about a new site for SWG-UK. If it'sanything like this BBS, then COOL!

So you guys are going to run an RPG on here? I'd love to see that. Or is it just for "general chat" type stuff? Anything "Star Wars" related is fine with me. Nice forum, isn't it?

I think of here as a touchstone, and I've been trying to get some mates to join. They'r e into various sci-fi so they'd be right at home here.

Hi SWG-UK and especially to Gideon The Posse send regards, thanks for popping over to see us, sorry nobody gave you a coffee can't get the members don't you know I thought I'd drop in for some sugar seeing as we are neighbours Oh, you don't use it no problem, I'll have to beam down to Waitrose, I need the exercise ;D Hopefully, our Star Wars types might drop in to see you, Admiral Freeman, a Jedi, is active with us, but I don't know if he plays the games. I don't myself, I'm still into driving games on PS2, and I still play a couple of old games on my MegaDrive, the graphics are basic but the gameplay is awesome. Well, must go get that sugar, hate my coffee without it, and replicated sugar is too fine with no real flavour We'll pop over every once in awhile, ;D
