Hi, I bought a PC game off ebay last week, it arrived on Friday and appears to be a pirate copy. I did try and install it but it would not work.
I’ve tried to contact the seller 5 times now but I’m not getting any replies. Dose anyone have any ideas how I can get my money back?
Cheers.

, not an easy thing to do, but, go to paypal and do a request for a refund from the seller, this will put e-bay on alert about that seller and place the same with paypal! As for the game it still may be posserbile to play it, you may need a code to crack the disc to play it? Signed Admiral D Freeman.

Well the seller has not disappeared from ebay, so I've opened a dispute with pay pal. Hopefully I'll get something back.

Success!!! Through pay pal’s resolution centre I've won my claim and got my money back!!! Wow. I'm surprised, and it only took slightly longer than a month!!
Just don’t buy anything from ebay seller “charlotte04uk”

Does anyone know how long you have to leave feedback, is it a month, 30 days, 90?
