Hey, did anyone see this show? It's fantasy/adventure and just started today, but it is on Saturdays in some cities as well. It's based on the Terry Goodkind "Sword of Truth" books, but it is not slavish to the plots. Sam Raimi ("Xena") is the producer.
The 2 hr starter movie has great CGI and looked pretty good. There's a special about it on iTunes.

I have to say I've not heard of it, when I saw the title thought it might have been Harry Potter related!!

downloaded it last week - it wasn't as bad as I expected it to be (although lets face it- generally these fantasy shows are usually rather poor). At least it didn't descent into Xena/Hercules very bad "comedy".

I've seen it advertised on the Sci-Fi channel here, think it's on this week, I think I will watch it, I'm glad Kobold said it was better than expected, the trailer does look a bit poor. Fingers crossed.

I have really enjoyed this show. My boyfriend really loves it also. We are both hoping it continues.

Well I believe the first 2 eps are on TV here tonight, so I shall give my thoughts tomorrow...if we don't get a power cut or the TV explodes!!

Well...I've watched the first 2 episodes, I'm still not sure what I think, it seems rather 'fluffy' lots of riding on horse back in flowing clothing flapping in the wind, going for a romantic look or as my other half said, god this is soppy!! I will watch more, but it is on the same time a Reaper, so finding the times its shown again is the plan!

I watched this a little while ago by accident and thought it was OK. As I hadnt heard anything about it I wasnt expecting anything really. I am not sure I would go out of my way to watch it but if it was on I would stick withthe episode.
